Recently a public building that had an inscription from FRD that included the world “Christian” had to be unetched. Instead of going for The Great Silence I urge the U.S. to encourage lots of voices. Let’s hear them all. If it erupts into a Babel just learn to be choosy and pick voices you want to hear. A well-rounded citizen will want to listen to those with opposing voices as well as those one can agree with. Start talking.
